Hard Rock Hotel Celebrates Elvis Week with Rare Memorabilia

Hello, I just wanted to share with you about some exciting ways to celebrate Elvis Week in Vegas! The Hardrock Hotel & Casino will be indulging its guests from August 11-15 with a memorable array of specialty menu and drink items at Johnny Smalls and a rare memorabilia display in honoring the anniversary of Elvis Presley’s passing on August 16th 1977. Chef Scott Minervini of Johnny Smalls by The Dolce Group has created a Peanut Butter and Banana Beignet with Candied Pepper Bacon Fries.The "Elvistini Cocktail" blends Baileys, Creme de Banane, Chambord, and Frangelico to commemorate Elvis’ love of Peanut Butter and Banana sandwiches. Memorabilia that will displayed on the property includes a 357 magnum from Elvis’ personal gun collection, a Gibson Dove guitar with a signature mother-of-pearl inlay on the fingerboard, and the Shooting Star Jumpsuit designed by Bill Belew for Elvis in 1972.
